Even master spirits are students, because if there is one thing any of us should have learned going through the planet core, is there is always a bigger fish.

A failed attempt at a date.

I never date, in fact, I have massive anxiety over the idea of going out with someone and having to sit through a dinner and movie. I always can feel altereir motives behind the salad fork and the menacing laugh in the comic movie makes my skin crawl. The truth is, the date is only a prelude to what men really want, which is not in a restaurant or a flick spot.  Unfortunately and eventually my loneliness is getting the better of me, so two weeks ago I broke down and tried to ask a guy that comes into work to hang out some time. He was to talking about alternative rock and the bands he listened to. I am so out of the loop with this music scene. I am always "hip hop hip hop hip hop" and my first love is slowly passing threw my heart and leaving.  It was such an awkward moment for me, he looked at me very strangely and gave me his name to add him on faceboook...Mathew Hastreter...call me Matt for short he says...I said "Okay call me Rach for short".  I really dislike giving out the short form I thought it was something special with someone else, but that is another story and an another time that is distant and forgotten.----I did not add him----

What is the best Ethical Standard Choice?

Free Market Ethics:

                The basis of this theory is that all businesses want to be profitable in a microeconomic advantage.  This theory holds that any decision made should be based on the fact that it will improve the stockholder and companies interests not the government or employee’s interest.  The idea that a company will cut costs legally but may not be morally acceptable does not matter in Free Market Ethics as the larger concern is the wealth the stockholders and company can hold in making a decision.

Utilitarianism:

                This theory reminds me of Karl Marx and the book Utopia. This idea is based on the fact that what is good for the common person is good for all.  That the service of people that are affected by an decision financially should be weighed over the good of the company or stockholders as long as there is not a slump to the point that the ability to financially survive is at stake.   The emotional stability of the people involved in the decision is weighed and can often dictate the outcome. The social welfare of everyone is key to the process of this theory.

Deontology:

                A universal pattern of ethics is used in this process. To allow people to look at the truth of the situation will help them understand the conflict and the best end result is the ability to tell the truths even when they are hard so that a consensus in the decision is reached by all parties.  By giving people the respect of the truth; they may in return give the respect to the decision instead of being clouded in lies and manipulation.

Virtue Ethics:

                By allowing people to develop on their own in a world that is not perfect, we create people that hold virtues t themselves regardless their level of success in life.  If we only give them the truth they never learn to discern from the non-truths and thus we have undermined them by telling them they cannot see for themselves what is happening.  Letting people navigate their own lives and decions despite what anyone else may do is possibly one of the hardest lessons some have to learn. In my opinion this is the best theory because it grasps the concept survival of the fittest with a mental capacity. If we tell people how to be truthful, then they never know what it is like to be lied to. If we do not allow someone to develop their own character, how will they ever understand identity? This is the best approach for the mutual good of all to become intellectually stimulated to the point you can create your own right decisions despite what someone else may have affected in your life for you.

Ethic of Care:

                This theory seems to be the most current and the least informed or used. It basically states that men and women look at ethical standards and issues from different lenses and that can cause the corruption in the decision making process. The process goes as follows; one that takes into account that each relationship involved in the decision process holds weight we take in consideration everyone’s viewpoint.   This approach combines the male “individual” side and unites it with the female “interaction” side.  It is a viewpoint that if we care about what we decide on, we can create a more beneficial option to all those affected.
